1.     YOMO Box Gift Vouchers are non-transferable and can only be redeemed by the beneficiary indicated on them at the time the Voucher is purchased.

2.      YOMO Box Gift Vouchers are valid and redeemable exclusively through the YOMO Hotels website www.yomohotels.com, excluding any other booking channel.

3.      The YOMO Box Gift Vouchers include a specific experience at a fixed price, and consequently, supplements, extras, activities, regimes or experiences that are not part of the selected YOMO Box are excluded. These must be paid extraordinarily by the client at the establishment at the time of check out.

4.     YOMO Box Gift Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash and have no value until redeemed.

5.     YOMO Hotels is not responsible for the loss or theft of the YOMO Box Gift Voucher.

6.      YOMO Box Gift Vouchers are not transferable and may not be sold, resold, auctioned, raffled, promised or promoted as an incentive or prize by a third party as a claim, for other persons or entities to participate in commercial or other agreements with a third. If a YOMO Box Gift Voucher is obtained through one of these methods, it will not be considered legal and will not be valid.

7.      The YOMO Box gift vouchers have the validity specified in the voucher itself, that is, they must be redeemed before the mentioned period, otherwise, the YOMO Box will lose its validity and usability. For more details about usage time, check your YOMO Box for information about its specific validity. We regret to inform you that we cannot extend the validity of the Bonus in any case.

8.      The YOMO Box is a non-refundable Experience, requires prepayment of 100% of the stay, it cannot be canceled or modified once the purchase is made and accepts the terms and conditions of non-refundable rates of YOMO Hotels.

9.      YOMO Hotels may modify these terms and conditions from time to time without prior notice. The modifications will be effective immediately.

10.   The YOMO BOX can be redeemed throughout  2026  except for the following dates:  from 01/01/2026 to 08/01/2026, 01/04/2026 to 05/04/2026, from 01/07/2026 to 31/08/2026 and from 01/12/2026 to 07/01/2027. YOMOBOX vouchers with ACCESS PREMIUM CALDEA may vary in availability at the discretion of the thermal spa.

To redeem the Yomo box, the recipient must enter the code sent in the box provided to be able to select the dates on which they prefer to enjoy their gift voucher. Once the stay has been selected, the Hotel will await your arrival with great enthusiasm and desire to meet you.
